The Best Vitamin I Have Tried!, August 2, 2011 This review is from: Garden of Life Vitamin Code Perfect Family Multi 120 CNT CAP, Box (Health and Beauty) I started giving this vitamin to my son because it was the closest I could find to the recommendations in Dr. Bock's Book Natural Relief for Your Child's Asthma. After he took one bottle I decided to go back to the cheap Whole Foods children's chewable vitamin because I wasn't sure the Vitamin Code was worth the price. After a couple of weeks on the cheap vitamin he started getting sick again and was complaining of severe leg pains at night. The pain was so bad he couldn't even sleep. After a couple of weeks of sleepless nights, I bought some more Vitamin Code.After one dose the leg pain disappeared. I only have to give him one capsule a day, so the price isn't really that bad considering that i can tell that the vitamin is actually working. I have recently started taking it as well and I only take two capsules a day instead of the 4 they recommend. WOW! I have energy and my hair isn't falling out anymore. I have always had fine hair, but now it has texture and is actually full! I try... Read more

I also take two pills for lunch. When I don't take them, my emotions seem to become more extreme. So I take them to make sure my body gets the correct vitamins that it needs. Past vitamins really made me go through emotional roller coasters. These are very stabling.

The nutritional facts on most multivitamins/foods are misleading because of this fact. I definitely have noticed a shift in my appetite. I used to always be hungry even after eating. Now I generally am only hungry a few times throughout the day; my guess is that my body is getting more vitamins than it was when I was using other multivitamins.
This sells for a lot more in health food stores. Throw in the free shipping and no sales tax and you have a must-buy on your hands.
