This is the first time that I have been able to subjectively say that they make a positive difference. I am confused by the negative comments on the taste of this product, I only take the daily recommended amount.

I used the former (pre-punch) flavor of this multivitamin and would always need a glass of water nearby to help me swallow the not-so-pleasant taste. This punch flavor is very palatable, a huge improvement upon the former medicinal flavor. No, it doesn't taste like a gourmet sorbet, but it's not meant to! I do feel that my energy level is improved and sustained after taking this supplement. Consumers should note that there is very little Calcium and Magnesium in this formula, so they may want to buy an additional Calcium and Magnesium supplement.

Vitamins can be really yucky to swallow and my search for a good tasting quality liquid multi had failed until now. This Garden of Life product in the Fruit Punch flavor is super. The taste is unparalleled as far as liquid products are concerned. My son and I downed our 16 oz right after bringing it home from the store along with a couple of crackers. Obviously it is much better tasting once it is refrigerated & cold - some might even want to serve it over ice AND it should be taken during a meal so for those more sensitive to the taste they are less likely to be bothered by it.
It beats having to swallow 12 large smelly multivitamin pills a day to get the same results! We were taking the 12 multi's and then about 10 other products such as Omega-3 fish oil, methyl B-12 sublingual, B-12 complex,... Read more
