It's either when I see them (on my desk) or when I feel I haven't eaten enough veggies (and happen to remember them).
Pros:
~ the food-based goodness makes my brain & soul happy
~ made in USA
~ the weight maintenance assistance theory
~ doesn't have to be eaten with food, because I forget
Cons:
~ horse-pill sized
~ smells like dry cat food! My roommate specifically identified "kibbles n' bits"
Ambivalent:
~ the volume of 4 pills a day feels a bit much to me, almost a food replacement. But I'm a noobie & contemplate that real food vitamin would require more volume than the chemically compressed counterparts.
~ can turn my pee green ;)

I can't say I can directly attribute high energy levels, disappearance of my allergies and asthma, and loss of stubborn fat to this product, because I have been steadily improving my diet since before I started taking it, but those things are happening.

I am going from up from sun-up to sun-down. I can keep moving throughout the day without having a "crash and burn" midday. It has helped my stress level as well. I didn't feel a difference right away, it did take a few weeks. I just feel better and I maintain my ideal weight.
