Top notch clean ingredients. No soy protein, No protein isolate garbage. This has real whole food protein!
I give the taste a 4 out of 5.
Overall, this bar is the best on the market. Don't waste your money on marketing schemes (basically candy bars with fake isolated protein added to them).
The Fucoxanthin is a nice addition to the bar as well.

I use it as emergency food and don't eat the recommended 2 a day for weight loss but keep it in my car when I don't have anything to eat and start to crash. It is 230 calories so that's a down side and the small chia seeds can get stuck in your teeth. You can barely see the seeds so I didn't know what they were at first - LOL.
Don't buy this expecting a candy bar or one of those other protein bars full of sugar and other "stuff" - again, there is nothing in here that's bad for you, it serves a purpose and has a good amount of protein. They taste good and you can feel good about eating them.

This is a good thing for me because I have a sweet tooth and am eating healthier to loose weight. They taste like organic peanut butter (no suger added) and honey. The chia seeds are an added bonus, as they are full of omega 3 and the fiber makes me feel full and satisfied after eating one. Ive tried other bars like Cliff Builders bars and Zero Impact chocolate pumpkin bars and they all tasted so much like candy bars that I wanted to eat another one right afterwards if I was tired or stressed out. This one tastes like it is healthy for me and I feel full after one bar. I also like how there are half the calories than a meal replacement bar like Zero Impact so they make a good between meal snack if im busy at work or on the go.
