Best Pro Biotic I have ever used, February 12, 2012 This review is from: Garden of Life Raw Probiotics, Men, 90 Veg Capsules 794 Mg (Health and Beauty) Well I must say that I was quite surprised by James experience. I have been using this product for over a year and for myself it's the best Pro-Biotic that I have ever used and I have tried many many different ones over the years. Most of them gave me a slightly upset tummy and I seemed to have a lot of incessant gas with them.
The Garden of Life Raw Pro Biotic has given me fantastic results after using for ~3 months I noticed that I have very little gas at all, and what I did have didn't have that terrible smell anymore, even after eating copious amounts of Garlic, which I love and eat a lot of.
One thing I would recommend is to build up slowly with these types of products, I started with one per day in the morning ~30 minutes before eating breakfast. Then I took two per morning and now I'm up to three, although I may go back to two as three gives me a slightly upset tummy for 30 minutes or so. I don't take any more during the rest of the day. Seems to work but bottle could have more information, July 3, 2012 By This review is from: Garden of Life Raw Probiotics, Men, 90 Veg Capsules 794 Mg (Health and Beauty) I bought this after spending over an hour looking at different kinds of probiotics it seems to work pretty good I take one when ever I eat out at a cheep Chinese buffet and the food turns to stone and wont leave my tummy this helps digest much faster and more comfortable. The added enzymes are nice I also take one when I eat a lot of dairy. One thing I don't like about this probiotic is the bottle doesn't say how much of which probiotic strands it has it claims a super high dose but how much of what strand? Also it dos not say what kind of acidophilus is in it. acidophilus DDS-1 I'm told is the kind they have used on a lot of the probiotic research they have done. Also there dosen't seem to be any precaution made to make sure the probiotic strands survive your tummy acid and make it to your gut. I will try other probiotics when this one runs out but I wouldn't be surprised if I came back to this one.
Got rid of my acne, May 30, 2012 This review is from: Garden of Life Raw Probiotics, Men, 90 Veg Capsules 794 Mg (Health and Beauty) Have been battling terrible adult cystic acne for 15 years. Spent tons of money on dermatologists and their weird prescription meds which help temporarily, but came with awful side effects. I've been experimenting with different diets and found that going Gluten free helped and narrowed my breakouts down to gluten. I bought this product thinking that it could actually help my Acne, and help it did. I've been taking it for about a month now and experimented with eating gluten alongside taking these probiotics. My skin usually gets really oily when eating gluten, but that hasn't occurred. I've been eating a ton of gluten in the past two weeks and not one breakout. Thank god because cystic acne is painful and downright terrible on self-esteem. It's such a simple product that's been around for a while, but for some reason Doctor's are not smart enough to recommend it. I'm extremely happy with this product for now and will continue to purchase it. Also, no tummy aches for me at all.
