It contains a lot of organic green goodnes, and tastes like what it is. It is not too thick, and is easy to drink.

A Truly Perfect Food, July 3, 2012 This review is from: Garden of Life Perfect Food Raw Nutritional Supplement, 240 Count (Health and Beauty) I bought one of these about a week ago. And all I can say is that I'm very satisfied. It's a wonderful blend of greens, and a perfect energy food, hence the name. It suppresses hunger, but you should take note that this is a nutritional food, and must be eaten with something, as it has very few calories. It should give you a little jolt of energy when you first drink it, though you should not expect overnight transformation because your body might be so clogged with poison (chemicals from meat, junk food, etc.) that it'll take some time to cleanse and rid your body of it.{Oh, and one other thing: for it to work you
cannot eat between meals because then it'll become clogged in you also!} Once you get through, however, you should be able to reap the benefits of lightness, aglity, a tack sharp mind, and an eerie feeling that tells you that your body got stronger and can handle more work, until you realize that it's true. But a tad expensive in my opinion. I have this a few times a week only, if it were priced less could have it daily.
