I use Weight Watchers online to help me keep on track with what I eat, and I am more active - I go for brisk walks and I go geocaching, and I use Wii fit several times a week. I was losing about 3 or 4 pounds a month at first, but then I added Fucothin to my routine after a trusted employee at the local health food store recommended it to me. Now I lose about 6 pounds a month. It's slow, but it's steady, and it's staying off!
It took about a month before I noticed any results - you have to gradually build up from 3 capsules a day to 9. I don't think it will work miracles, but when I use it as part of my whole routine, it definitely improves results.
And hers's my diet advice: Sometimes it's really hard, but I just keep on going. I've had my ups and downs, but I don't punish myself when I have a bad day. I just decide to make good choices the next day. Each day get your heart rate up for a... Read more

its helped me lose weight, February 18, 2012 This review is from: Garden of Life - Fucothin Value Size, 180 softgels (Health and Beauty) ive been taking fucothin for about 3 weeks right now and have lost 7 pounds. i have also been dieting and excerising along with it and drinking lots of water just like the directions say. this isnt a miracle pill thats going to let you eat whatever you want and you will be able to lose weight but it does help if you start eating right and working out. ive tried dieting in the past and never had as much success as i have these past 3 weeks. usually i would have only lost a pound or two by now. ive felt no side effects from this pill either which was something i was worrying about before i started the pill. so i would recommend this for anyone who is ready to get serious about losing weight because i believe this pill with help you to do thaT.

In the first week I lost 1-2 pounds and was RAVING about the product. Since that first week I have continued to take the pills and tried to watch my diet (my eating habits have not been any worse than before) and have put on weight rather than lost weight. I keep taking the pills, hoping that they will eventually help.
