I have taken this product off and on for 10 years!! It is awesome!! It really does reduce inflammation. My daughter has colitis and when ever she has a flare up she will start taking the FYI,3 tablets, 3 times a day and her inflammation goes away and I also have used it for sport injuries and it relieved the inflammation within a few days of using it. This is truly a wonderful product and my daughter would be in so much pain if she did not take it. Debbie

FYI has an excellent blend, no other brand has this type of combo of nutrients for inflammation. I have used it faithfully and would love it if it was less money. It is excellent for any type of inflammation. When I don't use it, I feel a difference. The enzymes in it also assist with digestion. Take one 3X a day if you want to see results.
