seems to help arthritis pain, December 3, 2009 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: FYI� Ultra 120 VegiCaps (Health and Beauty) I bought this for my grandma who has severe arthritis pain. She said it helps alleviate some pain. She also takes chlorophyll liquid which helps her pain. It does not take the pain away for prolonged period of time but it helps and she says that is better than nothing.

He suggested I take 4 - 3x a day for ACUTE pain... I was amazed - in about 3 days I was pain free... gradually I worked into where now take 2 - 3x a day for maintenance. I was taking celebrex but it was messing with me in other ways - this was a great alternative! Hope this helps you like it did me! I want to add that my stomach prefers I take them AFTER a meal... not before, took me awhile to figure this out. This may be different for you.
