It is the only product that has helped him stay in remission for long periods of time, & lessened the severity of flair ups. I would highly recommend this product. No amount of water, exercise, or added fiber was helping me. I tried Acidophilus Pearls but they did nothing for me. I tried Primal Defense Ultra because I already swear by some of the other Garden of Life products. These are wonderful. I take one capsule per day on an empty stomach before breakfast. I have been experiencing regularity ever since I started PD Ultra a couple months ago. I highly recommend trying these.
