good, not great, April 16, 2009 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Garden Of Life Detoxifiber, 300-Gram Plastic Jar (Health and Beauty) must mix with water & juice, a little more than 8oz. some people complained that it bound them up. it's true . . . when you are over eating as well. then i started to stick to a balanced diet (mediteranean food pyramid)and had no problem - and yes i followed the diet w/ and w/o the detox fiber, it made a difference

I recommend this product for the following reasons: it mixes well w/water, it tastes good & it definitely improves digestion. I usually do not get enough fiber and this is an easy way to supplement. I highly recommend it.
