Chock full of omega 3 fatty acids from flax and chai seeds. It has sprouts and probiotics. This really helps with my gut flora with its anti-fungal (natural cinnamon) and probiotic ingrediants and I find it really helps stave off (TMI alert!) chronic yeast infections that I'm susceptible to. However, I do find that it's not that effective in keeping me regular though it does help alot of people. I love to mix this with my very own green drink mix which includes: Garden of Life's Perfect Food Raw (or BarleyMax by Halleluja Acres), Acerola Cherry Powder (Now), Navitas Twister Super Fruit Blend of goji, pomegranate and acai and Navitas Maca powder. I mix it all together in water and chug it down. Yumm!!

On 2nd day and scoop, everything was flowing fine. Now she takes it once or twice a week and haven't had any issues yet for a couple of months now. I take it once in a while when things aren't flowing well, and it works great too. Taste good with protein shake to boot, great product!
Super Seed Sensational Results!, August 19, 2012 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Garden of Life - Super Seed, 600 g powder (Health and Beauty) I have had irregularity for many many years and have tried everything under the moon ;) to get me going. I have been using this now for several weeks with great success. Do remember as with any fiber supplement to drink plenty of liquids. The Super Seed has a nice nutty cinnamon flavor which is very good in oatmeal or cream a wheat. I do use this in smoothies as well and it is quite good. But a note for anything you at it in double up on the liquids in that recipe because the Super Seed will thicken it up something fierce. So for example for a smoothie you put in your 1 scoop of Super Seed then add a banana, a cup of yogurt, some blueberries, and yes you will need to add some milk, juice of some kind, and ice in addition to all the other goodness so it will be thin enough to drink through a straw or out of a glass. By no means do I consider this a downfall for all the other benefits it as going for it.
