I would give them ten stars if I could.
I had been taking another brand of vitamins for hair, skin, and nails, and they were working pretty well, but they were huge, two-a-day "horse pills" that had to be taken with food (or else), and, they often caused headaches (not to mention neon pee).
After having enough of that, and being told by my doctor that I needed vitamin D supplements as well, I decided to try these, and I never went back.
-Easy to digest (with or without food)
-Only one a day
-They're raw! That means you absorb the nutrients better!
-They have improved my hair, skin, and nails
-They have regulated my sleeping patterns - I think it has to do with the Vitamin D. Now I sleep less, but better (I'm now sleeping 8 hours every night, where I was sleeping 10 or 12 before).
-They're vegetarian
-Packed with vitamins, including A, C, D, E, K, B12, Iron, Zinc, Calcium, and all that other... Read more

It was difficult for me to find one to fit my needs since I am allergic to iodine, soy, corn, and many fruits. I have no negative allergic reactions to this vitamin, so I consider it a winner! And, as part of that "protocol", I feel healthier than I have in years.
