I could feel it from the first day!!, July 16, 2011 By This review is from: Garden of Life - Perfect Food Raw Organic, 240 caps. (Health and Beauty) I have taken several of the Garden of Life products and trust them wholeheartedly... so it did not surprise me when I tried this one and could feel it within hours drinking plenty of water throughout the day (several quarts). And I only took four capsules to start with! (Ya know we've all hear the horror stories... detoxing is not always pretty!! lol). But... not to worry, this was great... now, I'm not suggesting you drink gallons of water, but for the best benefits of gettin' all of that detrimental 'stuff' out... the more you 'help' this product do it's job, the better you will feel, faster... your gut... AND your wallet will thank you!!
I agree that the taste is not exactly like biting into a big 'ol juicy bacon double cheeseburger... but c'mon... we're adults... and, besides... the taste of these capsules is gone as soon as you wash them down.
Let's be honest, living life on 'auto-pilot' (doin' what's easy... tastes good, etc) has gotten us to this place in... Read more

(Health and Beauty) This product is perfect for us healthy minded people who want to put raw food in our system but can't stand to drink yucky looking green power. My insides felt immensely better in 2 days and I have tons more energy. One day I missed taking it and I could tell the difference. I take a pill every time I have a drink of my mushroom coffee in the morning so that's it not so hard to get all 8 pills down. No after taste, very nicely packaged and it's helping my diverticulosis for sure. I'm on my second bottle. Garden of Life - Perfect Food Raw Organic, 240 vegan capsules
