I've been using Perfect Food for years.
This Perfect Food Berry is better than the original.
Look at the ingredient list...It has more of everything..plus berries.
You are getting all of your greens, etc, and it is pre-digested by enzymes....so it goes almost directly to your bloodstream.
And it has many strains of probiotics, all plant derived.
I make fruit smoothies and add this.
I make green popsicles for my kids.
I used this throughout my last two pregnancies.

I did not realize although it is gluten-free, it has sprouted grains in it. Doing much research on the problems of grains in the body--inflammation being the most prevalent. Switching over to Miracle Greens, which has no wheat grass, quinoa, amaranth, spelt or millet. Be careful if you do not want grains, check out labels carefully.
