We had been reading about the benefits of enzymes and wanted to utilize them along with healthier food choices to improve our overall health. We decided to do a 30-day trial period to see if our health truly would improve. However, we were disappointed after taking the enzymes as directed (once with each meal), because both of us began to experience ongoing stomach upset. On multiple occasions, we felt ill a few hours after eating. After a couple of weeks with no improvement, we discontinued using them and have felt much better ever since.
Not sure why this product did not work for us, but we are both wishing we hadn't tried them.

Helps My Tummy, November 20, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Garden of Life Raw Enzymes Women,90 Vegetarian Capsules (Health and Beauty) I am lactose intolerant and have some sensitivities to greasy foods, spicy foods, sugary foods, etc. Since I've started taking this I feel like I am getting fewer upset stomaches after eating. I was already taking the Garden of Life Raw Probiotics, Women, 90 Capsules but feel like this has improved my stomach issues even more.

You can also sprinkle them on your food, which I like better than popping a bunch of pills. Digestion was better however I had to take 2 with each meal.(which can get expensive, but is worth it)
