After using it for a short amount of time, I do notice a positive difference (to me this is remarkable because with the exception of laxatives and perhaps a few other supplements, I have never noticed the slightest difference between supplementing for any period of time and not). But the most noticeable improvement is elimination of body odor. Which, to me, is quite amazing! So that is what I will focus on.
After brushing your teeth, your breath may still smell bad (or your mouth just not feel fresh) because your body continues producing the bacteria that are responsible for the stench. Using this product greatly lessens (you could almost say removes) all body odors (sweat, bad breath, feces, etc.) due to its anti-bacterial qualities (I suppose it is the clorophyll?). So I suggest trying this product.
However, the taste may be intolerable to some. To me, it tastes OK. I have tried mixing it with cranberry/grape... Read more

It's a great product if you can get it down..., December 29, 2008 By If you like the taste of a whole bunch of grass, algae and seeds chewed up by a cow, and then spit into your glass in the morning, then by all means, Perfect Food is for you. You will be brought back to the days of your youth as you hunted for tadpoles in your backyard pond. Scoop up a glass of pond scum and there you have Perfect Food. Who knew!! It was right in our own back yard...or field. All kidding aside, this stuff could rival some Fear Factor dares in the taste department. However, if you mix it with Trader Joe's Green Drink, it's totally doable. With water, you will gag without holding your nose. I mixed it with vanilla ice cream and it was just like Green Tea Ice Cream. But, I'd be packing on the weight doing that every morning. With all this said, I will continue with Pefect Food and enjoying the benefits as long as I can cut it with a mixer!

It gives me a very noticeable increase in my energy level after just a couple of days of using it, plus it's easy to take and adds to my water intake. I've been using it for several years and highly recommend it.
